What We're Looking For
The General Track funds projects whose work falls into (but is not limited to) the following categories:
Tooling & Developer Ecosystem
SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, and developer tools that improve the Filecoin developer experience.
Research
Technical, economic, or design research that advances the Filecoin protocol or ecosystem.
Customer Success
Initiatives that strengthen onboarding, documentation, and adoption across the ecosystem.
Governance
Mechanisms, tools, or frameworks that enhance transparency and collective decision-making.
End-User UX
Interfaces, integrations, and applications that make Filecoin more intuitive for everyday users.
Core Dependencies
For projects that applied in ProPGF Round 1 and are considered core infrastructure or services essential to the Filecoin network.
New Experiments Welcome
We also invite new experiments and first-time builders, including teams from outside the Filecoin ecosystem who want to explore how their work can build on or extend Filecoin infrastructure.
If you're applying for the first time, we recommend joining the telegram group for FIL ProPGF before submitting to ensure your proposal aligns with the program's scope and goals.

Funding Model
All grants are milestone-based, with payouts tied to the completion and verification of approved deliverables.
Selection Committee
The committee will stay largely the same as Round 1, with some slight changes.
